Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes how My HoneyB Store, LLC, (“we”), operator of www.myhoneybstore.com (the "Site"), will refund orders that you made from the Site.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the packing slip where applicable or the order number where there was no packing slip included.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If your package was lost, stolen or damaged, you may start a claim by contacting customer service at support@myhoneybstore.com. If you purchased Navidium Shipping Protection, your claim will be evaluated and processed in house, as soon as possible. If approved, you will receive a replacement order or a refund. If you did not purchase Navidium Shipping Protection we will submit your claim to a third party. If the third party approves the claim you will receive a refund. We cannot control how long the third party claim provider takes to approve claims. The fastest way to deal with lost, stolen or damaged packages is to purchase Navidium Shipping Protection with your order. We do not offer exchanges for unwanted items but customers may return unused items for a refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate discount code will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: My HoneyB Store, 124 E Alabama Ave Suite 943 Bessemer City NC 28016-2603 United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included in your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
